We shoot Sporter Hunter. Sporter Hunter is the most recent addition to the lineup of categories and was created as a more accesible entry for those new to target shooting. It allows such individuals to compete with their factory-issued rifles without incuring the high cost of the generally custom-built rifles found in other categories.

Sporter Hunter requires a light Harris-style bipod be attached to the rifle and that the overall weight including all attachments not exceed 6.5kg. In addition, the barrel length cannot exceed 26 inches.

Since its inception Sporter Hunter has been further split into two sub categories Open (SPO) and Production (SPC).
